Partnerships
The objective is to seek capital growth (which may be long term or short term) in the value of the horses selected to be bought for our partnerships as well as make current income in races run by the horses.
In selecting horses for these partnerships and our clients, the Racing Manager (Mark A. Cornett) will look for horses whose purchase price does not yet reflect the horse's potential value in the future. The Manager will purchase these horses when they are undervalued and manage their careers so as to enhance their value and to maximize their earnings.
Racing Management
We only charge a Management fee if the horse makes a profit. We can turn your stable around and help you achieve your goals within 4 - 6 months.
Private Purchases
We charge a 10% commission on all private purchases. Please see our trackrecord of success under the perfromance section. We are not here trying to sell you a horse so we can pay our utility bill like most agents in this business. We have worked hard for the last 20 years only recommending horses we truly see something and believe in.
